All prospective tenants must meet qualifications by paying a non-refundable $40 fee used to run criminal history as well as credit history to help ensure the safety of all tenants. To qualify, the prospective tenant must have a credit score of 675 or higher. No exceptions. We DO NOT accept co-signers. We DO DOT accept HCV-Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. NO PETS.
